How do I return an item?

Start your return – Click the button below to begin the return request.
Fill in the return form – Use the same email address you used for your order — this helps us find it faster.
Receive your return label – We’ll email you a prepaid return label with instructions for the carrier.
Prepare your item – Pack the product securely. Please include all parts, accessories, and original packaging if possible.
Send it back – Follow the instructions you’ll receive via email. You’ll either receive a return label or be guided on how to ship it.
Refund – Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within a few days — usually back to your original payment method.

Important:

Products must be unused and in original condition.
Some return shipping costs may apply depending on your location.
Custom or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. opened mats or wearables) may not be returnable.
